  • Recent college graduate (within the last 12 months)
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, etc.)
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and analytical capabilities
  • Willingness to relocate to program locations as needed
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
